Shipping + Returns
Many Eclectic Californian pieces are handcrafted and made to order.* Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing time.
All returns will be refunded as store credits, not including shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order. The items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For quality purposes, earrings can not be returned.
At Eclectic Californian, each item is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged prior to shipping. We are not responsible for items that are damaged during the shipping process.
When shipping a return item to us, please ensure the same level of care in packaging your item. Any item being returned to us that arrives damaged will not be eligible for refund.
Many of our pieces are made to order, therefore orders can only be cancelled up to 2 hours after the order is placed.

**Disclaimer: We are not responsible for how the shipping carrier handles packages after they leave our facility. If a package is delayed or lost, please follow up with the appropriate carrier using your assigned tracking number. If a mail theft is suspected after delivery, please file a police report. If a package is returned to us because incorrect address, the customer is responsible for cost of a second, corrected shipping label.
